Cloud Zoom Maintenance Release 3.0 rev 1305281639.

Touch movement now works on IE10. Previously, IE10 ignored touch movement and defaulted to the IE10 in-built touch behaviour.


Issue on Google Chrome for iPad fixed - image menu was popping up if touch was held down without movement.
