Does anyone work here anymore?  I submitted a ticket 5 days ago and nothing!  Please answer Support Tickets!

I submitted one 2 weeks ago, and nothing.  I wish they at least had forum threads where we could help out each other!

now a month..  worthless company!  Chargeback implimented!

No response to enquiry after two weeks.  

Pity - Cloudzoom is/was a great product.
