Cloud Zoom Maintenance Release 2.1 rev 1211291557

Clicking image no longer closes zoom window. This can now be done manually via the new closeZoom() API function call.

Fixed issue related to when page CSS defined img {max-width:100%}, causing lens image to appear squashed. 

Cloud Zoom now automatically accommodates fluid/responsive without have to call refreshImage() on window resize.
